ABOUT BrainTape
BrainTape is innovative study application developed in Aalborg, Denmark, that transforms how students capture and revisit learning content. BrainTape empowers multimodal learners to take control of their study habits. Optimised for efficiency, it allows users to speak instead of type; leveraging audio to boost memory retention and engagement.
Challenges & Solution
BrainTape faced the challenge of creating physical study cards that seamlessly complemented their digital learning app. The goal was to design cards that were not only visually engaging but also highly accessible, particularly for dyslexic students who required thoughtful consideration of typography, colour contrast, and layout clarity.
To address these challenges, Fimia collaborated closely with BrainTape to craft a functional and visually appealing design for the study cards. Through the use of dyslexia-friendly fonts, a carefully balanced colour palette, and a clear visual hierarchy, Fimia ensured that the cards were easy to read, understand, and use. The final result was a cohesive blend of accessibility and aesthetics that enhanced both the learning experience and BrainTape’s overall brand identity.
